Introduction These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Payora, a modern payment infrastructure platform for businesses. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using Payora’s payment, analytics, invoicing, or transaction services, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your business and agree to these terms. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for accurate account information, user permissions, credential security, transaction activity, compliance with applicable laws, and prompt notification of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity involving your Payora account. Payment Terms Fees, billing schedules, transaction charges, refunds, and plan terms are described at checkout, in your dashboard, or in a separate agreement. Prohibited Use You may not use Payora for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, unauthorized financial services, abusive behavior, platform interference, reverse engineering, data scraping, or activity that exposes Payora, customers, or partners to unreasonable risk. Intellectual Property Payora, its platform design, software, brand assets, documentation, and related intellectual property remain owned by Payora or its licensors. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Payora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Termination You may stop using Payora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates compliance risk, fails to pay required fees, or threatens platform reliability.
