Account Responsibilities You are responsible for accurate account information, user permissions, credential security, transaction activity, compliance with applicable laws, and prompt notification of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity involving your Payora account. Payment Terms Fees, billing schedules, transaction charges, refunds, and plan terms are described at checkout, in your dashboard, or in a separate agreement. Prohibited Use You may not use Payora for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, unauthorized financial services, abusive behavior, platform interference, reverse engineering, data scraping, or activity that exposes Payora, customers, or partners to unreasonable risk. Intellectual Property Payora, its platform design, software, brand assets, documentation, and related intellectual property remain owned by Payora or its licensors.
